From the initial meeting to discuss the project and through each step, they provided great help in color selection, the crews took every precaution to protect our floors and furniture, completed the painting in a very professional manner, returned all furniture to its original space and cleaned up all of the materials used including wiping down the floors to remove dust as a result of sanding the walls. I needed drywall repair and painting after my HVAC system was installed. 360 Painting sent a quote electronically, I approved it, and the owner scheduled with me for a day I could be at home. They arrived at 8:30 a.m., got to work, and were done and cleaned up by 4 p.m. The owner checked in during the day as well to make sure everything was going smoothly, which it was. Roy completely changed my front door!
I recently got docked by our HOA for a wood rot above my door frame. I sent over my proposal to Roy and Melissa on Thumbtack and within 15 minutes was on the phone with them discussing the work that needed to be done. Unfortunately, I only had 15 days to get the rot out and the door looking brand new, but 360 was up for the challenge. Roy came out the same day as my initial phone call, and not only said he could do the job, but gave me additional scenarios about what could have been happening. Don’t let the name 360 Painting fool you because they do it all! Roy came back 2 days later and completely changed the way my front door looked! He was not only kind and detail-oriented, but he went above and beyond finding other mishaps with my 24-year-old door frame. Instead of replacing my entire door (like I had been recently quoted), he cut out wood rot and replaced it with PVC, replaced trim, painted, changed weather stripping, installed a new door handle and hinges, and updated our numbers! Best of all, he was competitively priced with other contractors within the area. At the end of his job, he suggested that I have my window looked at (above the wood he had just replaced) and provided me a referral. His referral called me that same day and came out the next day to ensure everything was in tip-top shape. Roy and Melissa actually care about the work they are doing and it shows. I truly appreciated their honesty, transparency, timeliness, and attention to detail in this project. We have many more jobs to do within our home, and 360 Painting is at the top of my list to call when it comes time to complete them. Thanks 360 Painting!
