    "Pretty solid experience. My understanding is this is a locally owned national franchise. Anthony does the bid, and other workers do the job. I get the impression these workers are independent contractors, but I am not sure of this. They just painted our whole interior of the house. I think how you rate things is a matter of expectations. I would give it a solid B. I am very handy, but not with painting. My wife is an awesome painter. Was this work on par with what she did in our old home? Nope. But this level is very hard to find. Is it about as expected for a contractor who values their time at least as much as quality? Yes. When we did bring up problems, the key ones were promptly fixed. We would consider hiring again."
