    "I called 360 Painting of North Buffalo after having a disastrous situation with another painter who left our home in near shambles with a very bad paint job. Thankfully, we fired him before he got to the larger rooms of our home. From the first contact I made to the final walk-through at the completion of the project, everything and everyone we encountered was sheer perfection! When I first called, the nice woman who answered was so kind and compassionate. I had explained what happened and what we needed. She arranged a quote for the next day. Garrett came out for the quote, and we could tell right away that we were in good hands. I think he could tell how upset we were with our previous painter and the condition of our home. He moved heaven and earth and had a crew at our home the following morning to begin work. After 3 days, our home looks better than it did when we built it 9 years ago. Their process is very easy. A small deposit upon contract signing with final payment upon completion. You get a project manager who shows up day one and ensures that the workers understand their scope of work. The workers were amazing. They were meticulous! They checked in with us frequently to ensure we were happy with what they were doing. Garrett checked in every day to make sure we were happy and that his guys were doing a good job. Originally we didn't include trim, but after seeing their quality and some imperfections on the trim, we had them add this on. We are a couple that do almost everything in our home on our own and hesitate to hire work done. We had past experiences with hiring folks and always end up being disappointed. (Prime example: the previous painter.) However, we are getting to a particular age and we have 14 foot ceilings in our greatroom, so doing this on our own wasn't an option. This company is literally the full package. Amazing customer service, amazing quality of work all at a fair price! I painted 3 smaller rooms in our home to try and keep the budget down when we hired the disaster painter, but after the outcome of 360, I will NEVER pick up a paint brush again. I highly recommend this company. You have my personal word that you won't be sorry. Thank you 360 Paint of North Buffalo! We could not be happier with how beautiful you made our home!"

    "Met with Garret, the owner. He came to our home, looked over everything, gave us suggestions on paint sheens, noticed imperfections that needed to be fixed, and even offered a paint designer to help pick colors. They use Sherwin Williams paint and gave a strict timeline and stuck to it. The painters were wonderful… very nice, respectful, clean, and meticulous. They fixed any small spot if we asked about it. Would definitely recommend 360 Painting to paint your home. We are very pleased."

Explained every step of the way, never thought any questions I asked were silly. Very professional. The first 2 are the kitchen in the previous color and 2 of the results. There is also a picture of the living room and a bedroom. As I said, the transformation is amazing. I already referred a friend who has hired this company for an upcoming paint job."
