    "James at 360 Painting deserves 5 stars for his follow-up and dedication to the customer service he provides. I gave 4 stars due to the paint job having several cracks, bubbles, and washing out in specific areas. The painters started painting right as it started drizzling, and then it poured, typical of Florida afternoons. James had the painters return to fix the paint three times at my request. The third time was a dry day with his best painters. They did a 5-star job. I wish they had just waited for a better weather day and rescheduled. It was a very wet week. James did provide more paint at no cost to me as the painters used a lot of extra paint to fix the paint job messed up by weather and some lazy, sloppy painting that needed to be fixed. If it had just been rescheduled, I believe a lot of the problems would not have occurred. It is beautiful now."
