    "This is a very competent painting company. I have rental units, and he has done an excellent job. He was not the lowest, and I have learned my lesson on taking the low bid. I have met the owner, Terry, and he was very easy to get along with. We have come to an agreement on price to do all of my units. What impressed me about his crew is they clean up well, and I had not a single complaint about the work. Normally, I have to ask other companies to come back and clean up or to touch up shoddy work. This was not the issue. I prefer having the job completed, and I am pleased to pay for a job well done. I was not asked to write this. I believe you praise a job well done.
