    "So glad that we decided to go with 360 Painting! The entire process was PERFECT and beyond how I thought it would go. Troy arrived for the initial walkthrough/quote and he was very kind, listening to the vision we had in mind. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need, just a friendly guy that didn’t waste our time, listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions, and quoted us a fair price. After agreeing to get the work done, we were told a timeline and the team didn’t miss. They arrived on schedule and worked with a great deal of courtesy by cleaning up every day, leaving the area neat and tidy. The team also answered any questions along the way and even with such a large project, there was minimal disruption. This was very helpful as we homeschool our kids and the fact that the team were able to keep distractions minimal during the project was amazing. As the project neared completion, Mike came by and checked on us, making sure everything was going as planned and that we were happy. Like Troy and the team, Mike was another nice and professional guy who really did care about us as people and didn’t just treat us like another payday. We were told several times that if we weren’t happy or if something wasn’t to our liking then the team were happy to address any concerns.     "I met with several painting companies when we moved to the area and needed all of the walls, doors, and trim painted in the interior of our new home. I am beyond thrilled that we chose 360 Painting of Winston! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Troy, who handled the estimate, was fantastic. He was patient, kind, and answered every single question I had. I kept changing my mind on a few details, and he never made me feel like a bother—he happily revised the quote multiple times until I was 100% sure about what I wanted. That level of customer care really stood out to me. The painting crew was equally impressive. They were professional and friendly, and they took the time to have me walk through the house before, during, and after the project to make sure I was completely satisfied at every step. They treated my home with care, cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, and the quality of the work was excellent. To top it off, Troy came back at the very end to double-check everything and make sure it was all perfect. A week later, I even received a handwritten thank-you note from the owner—such a thoughtful and personal touch that really made me feel appreciated as a customer.
